Bought the shoes as a christmas gift, the shoes wouldnt light up, tried to get up with customer service several times, they want to email them and i would rather talk over the phone. Anyhow sent them pictures that the shoes didnt work. Then they send an email stating i couldnt exchange the shoes or get a refund.
